Houston Employee Connection
Bank of America's commitment to the arts is based on the belief that a thriving arts and culture sector connects societies and economies throughout the world. We support a number of organizations that share our vision of making the arts accessible to wider audiences.
The Menil Collection is such a partner where we are currently sponsors of the exhibit Magritte: Mystery of the Ordinary, 1926 ¨C 1938.
Beginning today the Menil introduces a new feature available to all - Menil: After Hours is an exciting new series that will be held during the museumĄ¯s extended hours (made possible through a generous donation from Bank of America) on Friday nights from 7:00 ¨C 9:00 p.m. through May 23. You have the opportunity to see the wonderful exhibit and enjoy a bite and a beverage.
Featuring a different Houston restaurant each Friday night, Menil: After Hours will blend restaurant patrons and museum goers alike, uniting HoustonĄ¯s cultural scene with its booming restaurant culture.
On April 11, food will be provided by a new Houston restaurant, TABLE on Post Oak, and drinks will be provided by Nice Wines.
On April 18, food and drinks will be provided by Underbelly. A full schedule of participating restaurants will be available in the coming weeks.
This program is free and open to the public.
