Nanjing New and High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, (http://www.njnhz.com.cn), jointly established in September 1988 by Jiangsu Provincial Government and Nanjing Municipal Government,was ratified in March 1991 by the State Council as a national-level new and high-tech development zone.
