Surge Fruit Juice and Beverage Co Ltd, which was established
in 2001, is located in Shaanxi province. The company has a strong financial
backing and is managed by an efficient and dedicated team. Its umbrella
organization and investor, Qin-Feng Agriculture Co., Ltd., is well known in
China and is floated on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
² Establish
organic fruit orchard and processing plant.
² Products
are organic fruit, organic quick individual frozen fruit and organic fruit
juice concentrate.
² Fruits
with high commercial value, such as strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, etc.
² Target
Market: international and domestic.
² The
establishment of orchard starts in spring 2002 (170 hectares allocated as the
first step).
² Prepare to
be certified for organic orchard, fruit and processed fruit production.
² Introduce
selected varieties of strawberry and raspberry from US. First purchase will be
made in autumn 2002.
² Set up
processing facility for juice concentrate production.
² Upgrade
existing lab to meet international standards.
² Supply to
market will start from 2003.

help the project to be established and developed into a large scale operation
quickly.

within North America.

investment can be either in the form of plant, equipment or capital, or a
combination of the three.

cooperation can be in the form of either a joint venture in China alone. Or it
can also include a joint venture in the US.
